Phone Application Installation process

- Install and open the app.
Caution : Do Not download WO Mic Pro Incase if you come across 2 WO Mic apps in google play store, because we are talking about free wireless app in this forum.
Computer Application Installation process
Select your Appropriate Operating System and Install
For Windows :

Click http://bit.ly/2pnfbHz to Install Driver exe file
Install and Run both exe files. Do restart after installation.
For Mac OS X :
Click http://bit.ly/2qkIP1x to install Client app package file
For Ubuntu 32-bit(16.04.1 LTS) :
Click http://bit.ly/2oPjb4W to install Client app package file
Change client program to be executable in linux
$ chmod a+x micclient-ubuntu-x86
For Ubuntu 64-bit(16.04.1 LTS) :

Step 1. Select Transport
- Click on Settings and choose your preferred transport option.
- For Bluetooth Transport Pair your phone with computer by Turning on Bluetooth on both phone and computer.
- For WiFi Transport Turn on Wifi on both phone and computer and connect them to same hotspot.
- Once you select your desired transport click on start button in app
For Windows :
- Launch WO Mic
- Select Connection-->Connect...
- In transport dialog, select chosen transport and input server device. Then click OK.
For Mac OS X:
- Launch WO Mic
- Select Connection-->Connect...
- In transport dialog, select wifi and input server device. Then click OK.
For Ubuntu :
- Load driver module - $ sudo modprobe snd-aloop
- Connect from client
- Conenct by Wifi. You can find the IP address on WO Mic app UI. - $ micclient-ubuntu-x86 -t Wifi 192.168.1.100
- Connect by Bluetooth. - $ micclient-ubuntu-x86 -t Bluetooth xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx
- xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx represents phone Bluetooth address. You can query it on your phone :Settings->About->Status->Bluetooth address.
- Record - $ arecord -c 1 -r 48000 -f S16_LE -D "hw:CARD=Loopback,DEV=1" foo.wav
Once client shows to be connected, you can choose WO Mic as the microphone device. and here you are ready with your Wireless Android Microphone.
